Themed Experience.
My portfolio of work continues to grow as I progress through my master’s degree at the University of Central Florida in the Themed Experience MFA program. Through a diverse range of projects, including concepting, worldbuilding, and visualizing world environments, I strive to create compelling concepts that effectively communicate stories that guests know and love, to engage them in the best way possible.
Focusing on Production, Show Writing, and Design, I have learned to guide creative teams, craft narratives, and develop immersive experiences that bring these imagined worlds to life.
Ridin' The Rails
Tasked with creating a full-scale experience, I developed Ridin' the Rails, an immersive journey through the evolution of rail travel. Featuring steam, diesel, and high-speed train simulators, the experience brings history to life within a restored roundhouse, offering hands-on exhibits and a deep dive into how trains shaped the world.
Deep Current Outpost
Serving as the project's co-creative director, we led the development of an original underwater-themed land that combined rich storytelling with immersive design. In addition to directing the overall creative vision and coordinating the team’s efforts, I personally created the concept for the land’s signature restaurant and designed the full lineup of themed costumes worn by characters and operational cast members, helping to bring the world of Deep Current Outpost to life in a cohesive, memorable way.
Coral Quest: A Journey into Reef Conservation
“Coral Quest: A Journey into Reef Conservation” is an immersive
educational exhibit designed to engage Guests of all ages in the
vital role of coral reef ecosystems and the conservation efforts
required to protect them. This experience was fully show written, scripted, and them 3D modelled.
Legends Hockey Experience
Legends Hockey Experience is a Multi-layered experience, teaching guests the basics of hockey. It allows anyone 12+ to experience hockey in a fun and entertaining way. With multiple games to play, focusing on puck control, enforcing, and shooting, the interactive space offers guests 30 minutes of fun and exhilaration.
The Forgotten Reef
My team designed an original cruise ship neighborhood concept that blends immersive storytelling with vibrant, themed environments. My designs included two distinct areas: Plunder Falls, a lively, tropical pirate haven filled with playful charm, and Adventure Abyss, a thrilling underwater zone inspired by deep-sea exploration and bioluminescent creatures. Each space offers unique experiences, from innovative attractions to thematic dining and entertainment, all tied together with a fun, pun-driven land that enhances the guest journey.
